“Rumor's of Dinosaurs?”

Sightings of dinosaurs have become frequent in the past few years.

From Africa to Indonesia sightings and evidence of dinosaurs have increased and rumors that they are walking among us persist.

Extinct?

Dinosaurs went extinct 66 million years ago. With birds being the closest living relatives alive today.

Dinosaurs ruled the Earth for 125 million years, from humble beginnings in the Triassic Period (230 million years ago) till the end of the Cretaceous Period (66 million years ago). It is widely accepted that a meteorite smashed into the Earth somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico causing mass extinctions on a global scale; thus ending the time of the dinosaurs.

Sightings

2012, locals in Mozambique have been talking about large predatory reptiles in the wild. Many cryptologists have traveled to the country and found no solid evidence of these large predatory lizards. Footprints from an unknown species are stumbled upon by locals. Could the footprints be from an undiscovered species of bird?

Pulau Terkutuk

Dinosaur spotted in Indonesia on private island.

Fisherman off the coast of Sumatra claim to have witnessed a large dinosaur on the banks of the island. They described the animal to be 4m tall (13ft) and roughly 13m in length (43ft). The island is owned by Vincent Graham and has recently been restricted for the general public due to power generators exploding and killing multiple people.

Can Dinosaurs still be alive?

"There is no evidence of dinosaurs in the fossil record past a certain point. The KT-Boundary we call it; where below the boundary we find dinosaur fossils, above the line we do not. If dinosaurs survived the extinction event 66 million years ago we would have evidence of them beyond the KT-Boundary. It's highly unlikely but not impossible. As animals that we thought were extinct are rediscovered today." Interview with Paleontologist Benjamin Lewis.
